Terms and Conditions of The Use/Purchase of Forge Gallery Restaurant Gift Vouchers

* Purchase of a Gift Voucher from  The Forge Gallery Restaurant constitues the purchase of a contract binding us to the provision of services offered to the value noted on that voucher subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

* Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, which is printed on the Gift Voucher

* The Forge Gallery Restaurant will not accept any responsibility for vouchers that are lost, stolen or damaged

* Gift Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash

* Gift vouchers may be exchanged for goods and services of a higher value, on payment of the difference

* Gift vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a lower value, solely at the discretion of the business for which is was purchased. Our normal policy is to issue change in the form of a fresh voucher.

* Gift vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation

* Gift vouchers defaced in any way will be invalid

* Allow 3+ days for delivery of vouchers by standard post. 

* All Orders are subject to payment approval before they are accepted as live orders
